Reservation Policy
- 15% deposit is required to reserve a trip. NO dates will be reserved without the deposit.
- Deposit will be accepted either via credit card, ecommerce through Resort Charters (RS's) website or by mailing a check.
- One week cancellation policy: you have up to one week prior to sailing to cancel the trip. Within the one week prior to resevered date, the deposit is not refundable
- Captain’s cancellation: the Captain has the right, up to the time of departure, to cancel the trip for any safety related reason. Deposit will be refunded by RC's or a make-up date which is mutual agreeable will be offered.
- If a captain cancels for reasons other than weather or mechanical safety issues, RC’s will offer another comparable boat and captain for the desired trip.
- Balance of the trip will be paid at the time of departure to the Captain of the hired boat.
- All prices are final.
